Nhân viên quản lí sản phẩm Mô tả công việc Quản lý đơn hàng - Theo dõi và xử lý đơn hàng trên các sàn TMĐT quốc tế (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify...). - Kiểm soát tồn kho, tiến độ vận chuyển và tình trạng đơn hàng. Quản lý & phát triển sản phẩm - Cập nhật thông tin sản phẩm: mô tả, giá, hình ảnh, tồn kho. - Đảm bảo nội dung sản phẩm phù hợp tiêu chuẩn thị trường (ngôn ngữ, hình ảnh, tone of voice). - Nghiên cứu xu hướng, đề xuất sản phẩm mới. - Làm việc với nhà cung cấp để thử mẫu, cải tiến sản phẩm - Đề xuất chiến lược phát triển sản phẩm theo từng kênh bán hàng. Làm việc với nhà cung cấp - Tìm kiếm, đánh giá, đàm phán với nhà cung cấp sản phẩm và dịch vụ Yêu cầu - 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực vận hành đơn hàng online/XNK/mua hàng hoặc logistics. - Tiếng Anh khá (đọc viết email, làm việc với đối tác nước ngoài) - Kỹ năng Excel, Google Sheets, quản lý file tốt. - Chủ động, ham học hỏi, có tư duy giải quyết vấn đề và tính hệ thống - Có khả năng làm việc độc lập, giao tiếp tốt, chi tiết, cẩn thận - Làm việc full time tại văn phòng Quận 2. Ưu tiên - Đã từng làm việc trong ngành tóc nối, làm đẹp, mỹ phẩm hoặc eCommerce quốc tế. - Biết sử dụng hệ thống quản lý đơn hàng như Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart. - Có hiểu biết căn bản về thị trường Mỹ (giao hàng, thị hiếu, chính sách đổi trả…).
