Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to Information that GEW Vietnam Company Limited ("GEW Vietnam," "we," "us") collects, uses, stores, and processes while providing Amazon seller account operation services to clients, including Information retrieved through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). This policy complies with Amazon's Data Protection Policy (DPP) and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
Information We Collect

Seller account data: sales, inventory, orders, product listings, advertising data

Financial data: settlements, fees, and refunds for reconciliation purposes

Authorized User contact information: name, email, phone number, used to operate the account

We do not collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) about Amazon Customers beyond what is necessary for merchant-fulfilled shipping or legal requirements (e.g., tax and regulatory compliance)
Purpose of Use
Information is used solely to operate, analyze, and optimize the account of the specific Authorized User on whose behalf GEW Vietnam performs these activities. We do not use Information for advertising purposes or for any purpose outside the scope authorized by the client.
Data Storage & Protection

Access is restricted on a need-to-know basis within the organization

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) and strong password policies are enforced

We maintain an incident response plan, reviewed every 6 months, and notify Amazon (security@amazon.com) within 24 hours of detecting any incident involving Amazon Information
Data Sharing
We do not disclose, share, or sell Information to any third party beyond what is necessary to perform services authorized by the client. We do not aggregate Information across different clients. Current list of external parties with whom Information is shared: none.
Data Disposition
Upon termination of a service agreement, or upon client request, related data is deleted from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required by law.
Organizational Changes
In accordance with AUP section 3.11, if any organizational change (merger, acquisition, or material change in service scope) affects our need for or use of Information, we will notify Amazon SP-API Solution Provider Support within 30 days.
