1. POSITION OBJECTIVE
Responsible for managing and operating international eCommerce service projects (Amazon, Wayfair, Shopify, etc.) to ensure revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
This position serves as a strategic liaison between clients and the internal operations team.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Project Management & Operations
- Develop overall operational plans for each eCommerce project (listing, ads, inventory, promotion, etc.)
- Allocate tasks to team members (Ads, Content, Operations, etc.)
- Monitor and manage key KPIs
- Proactively identify issues and propose solutions to improve performance
- Ensure project milestones are delivered on schedule
B. Client Management (Account Management)
- Act as the main point of contact with clients
- Understand clients’ business goals to propose suitable strategies
- Prepare periodic reports and analyze operational performance
- Participate in client meetings (weekly / monthly reviews)
- Manage client expectations and handle arising issues
C. Project Team Management
- Coordinate tasks among team members
- Monitor individual team performance
- Participate in training and onboarding new team members
- Ensure work quality before delivering to clients
D. Business Development & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
- Propose strategies and process improvements
- Identify opportunities to increase client revenue
- Research and apply new technologies in operations
Requirements
A. Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in international eCommerce
- Good English communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, task management, and communication skills
- Experience in project management or team/account management
- Experience working with business clients
B. Personal Traits
- Proactive and accountable for project outcomes
- Strong systematic thinking and ability to work under high pressure
