Visual Content Creator / Brand Designer
Job Description
Role Objective
Develop and manage all brand visuals in a professional, consistent manner aligned with US/EU standards. Ensure all visuals enhance credibility and support conversion across the website, ads, and social media.
Key Responsibilities
A. Brand Visual Design
- Design visual assets based on existing brand guidelines.
- Create website banners, homepage visuals, and landing page graphics.
- Develop unified templates for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (posts, stories, reel covers).
- Design key visuals for marketing campaigns.
B. Product Photography & Editing
- Photograph hair products, packaging, tools, and before–after shots.
- Retouch images to international standards (lighting, color correction, model skin if applicable).
- Ensure images meet global e-commerce requirements (Amazon, Shopify, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Standardize the image library (naming conventions, alt text, sizing).
C. Short-Form Video Production
- Film and edit short videos for ads, TikTok, and Reels (e.g., product showcases, tutorials, unboxing, brand storytelling).
- Trim, add text overlays, and select music suitable for US/EU audiences.
D. Collaboration with the Marketing Team
- Work closely with Google Ads, SEO, and Website Coordinator to deliver visuals that meet technical requirements.
- Design creatives for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing banners.
- Update and optimize visuals to improve CTR and conversions.
E. Brand Asset Management
- Manage the library of photos, videos, PSD files, and templates (Google Drive, etc.).
- Ensure all online visuals remain consistent with brand identity.
Requirements
A. Technical Skills
- Proficient in Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
- Able to use Canva to quickly create templates.
- Skilled in product photography (basic studio setup).
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut are a plus).
- Understands international visual standards (clean, premium, minimal, color-consistent).
B. Experience
- 1–3 years of design experience in e-commerce/beauty/fashion/lifestyle (preferred).
- Has a clear portfolio showcasing product photography and branding work.
- Preferred candidates with experience working for US/EU markets.
C. Personality & Mindset
- Strong aesthetic sense, clean–premium style.
- Detail-oriented, careful, and understands conversion-focused visuals.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage deadlines.
