E-Commerce Supply and Product Specialist (Female)

A. Order Management

- Monitor and process orders across international eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, etc.).

- Control inventory levels, shipping progress, and order status.

B. Product Management & Development

- Update product information: descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory.

- Ensure product content meets market standards (language, visuals, product attributes) and maintain output quality.

- Research market trends and propose new product ideas.

- Work with suppliers for sampling, product improvement, and with logistics partners.

- Propose product development strategies for each sales channel.

- Collaborate with other teams to resolve product-related issues.

- Support customer consultation before, during, and after purchase.

- Conduct basic product photography/video for internal storage.

- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with product and service suppliers.

Requirements

- Full-time, office-based in Bình Trưng Ward (Thao Đien Metro Station – former District 2).

- Female with 1–2 years of experience working in online order operations, import-export (XNK), purchasing, or logistics.

- Good English skills (reading, writing emails, working with international partners).

- Strong data management skills; proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and file organization.

- Proactive, eager to learn, with strong problem-solving and systematic thinking.

- Ability to work independently, good communication skills, detail-oriented and careful.

- Interest and ability in negotiation and effective communication.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in hair extensions, beauty, cosmetics, or international eCommerce.

- Familiar with order management systems such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart.

- Basic understanding of the US market (shipping, customer preferences, return policies, etc.).
