Part-time Customer Service
Job Description
Summary
We’re looking for a Part-Time Chat Support to help manage customer messages for an international beauty & fashion E-commerce brand. You’ll assist customers through chat, share product visuals, offer advice and help guide them toward the right choices during their shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer messages through website chat, email, or social media.
- Provide product information and share images or videos to help customers understand the products better.
- Follow up with interested customers and encourage them to place an order.
- Report feedback or special cases from your shift.
- Earn bonus commissions for every successful order.
Working Hours (choose one shift)
- Shift 1: 6:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Vietnam time)
- Shift 2: 1:00 AM – 8:00 AM (Vietnam time)
Requirements
- Good at English skills, having knowledge about Shopify are preferred
- Own laptop and stable Internet connection.
- Good at time management, teamwork skills and working independently.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or online chat support is preferred.
- Responsive to customers
