Fresh E-commerce officer

Job Description

Work directly with manufacturers
Write product page information, build, propose image ideas to selling partners
Operate international e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Shopify,...)
Research, plan and continuously improve products, portfolio, stores and brands
Manage advertising, promotions
Do sales planning, financial, cash flow planning
Customer care when receiving questions, requests
Solve account issues
Monitor metrics and indicators
Handle additional tasks as required
Support for business development, company internal projects
Weekly/Monthly reports

Requirements

Stay in Ho Chi Minh City for Full-time Hybrid
Fresher (will be trained) or at least 1 year of experience in the field e-commerce, especially Amazon FBA, cross-border e-commerce
Flexible thinking, proactive, responsible and data processing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good at English skills
Good at personal management skills; organizational, time management and teamwork skills
Proficiency in Design/Media creation, AI applications is a plus (Canva, Photoshop, Capcut, ChatGPT...)
Start working in December 2025
