Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive who can manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, consulting, and closing deals with local manufacturers, brands and foreign sellers (in the US, Canada and other countries).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach abroad sellers (online) and manufacturers/local brands in Vietnam (online + offline meetings).
- Conduct initial conversations, present services, handle objections, and close deals
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and service scopes for potential clients.
- Build, maintain, and update the sales pipeline
- Develop weekly/monthly sales plans and execute prospecting activities according to targets.
- Track performance metrics, follow up with prospects consistently, and ensure smooth handover to the operations team.
- Prepare weekly reports on leads, meetings, proposals, and closed deals.
Requirements
Must-have
- Strong English skills (written + spoken)
- 1.5 – 3 years of experience in international sales or business development
- Experience in online prospecting and lead generation
- Strong communication and logical consulting skills
- Ability to work independently and meet KPI targets.
- High discipline, persistence, and follow-up skills.
Nice-to-have
- Experience B2B selling to foreign markets
- Knowledge of Amazon/eCommerce/digital marketing
- Experience in closing via online meeting or remote sales.

- Base salary: 15,000,000 – 25,000,000 VND/month (depending on experience)
